This unique city escape into off-the-grid, farm-like living, only a stone's throw away from the vibrant neighbourhood of Linden and Cresta Shopping Centre, safely nestled in the boomed-off suburb of Darrenwood. Olive Cottage is situated, among three other rental cottages, on the property of what once was one of Johannesburg’s earliest farms. Surrounded by lush indigenous gardens you will catch beautiful views of Northcliff from its private wooden deck.

• Entrance area with a spacious built-in desk with views onto the patio 

• Bedroom with a king-size, extra-length Simmons mattress, down duvet, dressing table, and ample built-in cupboards

• Bathroom with a super-sized shower, bath, and double vanity

• Full kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, 4 plate glass stovetop and oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle

• Comfortable lounge area with a two-seater couch, coffee table, and optional Smart TV

• Secure parking on the property for up to two cars

• Boomed off residential area with guards at access points

Rent and length of stay:

• Monthly rental of R13,900 plus levies of R1,000. This includes electricity, water, housekeeping, maintenance, gardening service, and WiFi (fibre)

• Deposit: one month's rental

• Minimum booking period: 6 months, there after month to month

• Regrettably, we can't accommodate pets or more than two adults.
